Thanks to Steve for the bottle.
A: The beer pours almost black in color with a finger of off-white head.
S: A nice roasted malt aroma to this one. Some sweet toffee and molasses. There is some dark chocolate and even a bit of sweeter milk chocolate. Maybe a little vanilla.
T: Slightly watery, but otherwise good. Lots of dark chocolate and cocoa with plenty of roasted malt. As with the aroma, there is some subtle vanilla character to it, too.
M: On the lighter side of medium with medium carbonation.
O: A nice aroma to this and a fairly good flavor too, just a bit watery. Ratman197 (15354) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JAN 21, 2015

Fruity porter. It doesn’t have as much roasted malts as most, especially a winter-only release. Dogbrick (13751) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 22, 2014
Sample at the brewpub. Pours nearly black with a medium tan head that recedes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and coffee. Light-bodied with flavors of roasted coffee, chocolate malt and mild piney hops. The finish is roasty with a coffee and malt aftertaste. Decent overall. bu11zeye (13215) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - OCT 16, 2008
