Pours a hazy copper with an off white head and good lacing. Aroma is malty with caramel and fruit. Taste is similiar to nose with caramel, fruit and some spiciness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Solid belgian style beer. Christpuncher (3251) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 2, 2015

Very good abbey ale. Masterful fruit and yeast. Vg drinkability this delivers. On tap at ale asylum. AWISLguy (3312) - Wisconsin, USA - APR 30, 2015
Bottle from the Malt Shoppe in Tosa. Amber orange pour with little head. Nose has banana, sweet malts, some fruit, a bit of old socks. Taste is sweet malty, a bit fruity, some tangyness, light banana. Heavily led by the malts and the tangy yeast. Ok. Nothing thrilling, would have guessed a trippel, from the alcohol and depth, but not a great example of that either. 12.2 Cousin_Larry (895) - - MAR 14, 2015
Fiery in color and intent, our Belgian Abbey is creamy and smooth with a thrust of spice in the aroma and a climactic finish. Nothing abbey about this one. It’s a nut brown.
