Yellow draft pour at roots. White head. Yeast and apricot aroma. Lemon and hops. Smooth. tmoreau (4816) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - AUG 16, 2016
On tap at the Old Fashioned in Madison, WI., and shaker served showing a hazed, orangey gold, almost amber color, with a presentable layer of bubbly, off white head foam, and fair cling to the average lacing. The nose was citrus, pit fruit, some tropical flair as pineapple & mango, and just a touch of malt sweetness. Medium bodied, with appropriate carbonation, the taste added a pronounced citrus, rind, and resinous bitterness that lingered past the finish with complementary dryness. Successful style rep, with a decent hop punch, and good drinkability.
