UPDATED: FEB 12, 2007 Pours to a deep chestnut body with a white head. The aroma is roasty iced tea and lightly yeasty and earthen spicyness. The flavor is toasty roasted iced tea, light Belgian spicyness. The palate is moderate with a nice texture and density. 7, 3, 7, 3, 14 = 3.4

Bottle from the Malt Shoppe in Tosa. Amber orange pour with little head. Nose has banana, sweet malts, some fruit, a bit of old socks. Taste is sweet malty, a bit fruity, some tangyness, light banana. Heavily led by the malts and the tangy yeast. Ok.
