On tap at Ale Asylum. Thinly hazed golden amber with a creamy long lasting white cap that leaves a ring of lace as it fades away. Aroma of citrus, coriander, yeast and grains. Taste of toasted malt, coriander, yeast, grains with a dry finish. ChiGuy68 (594) - Illinois, USA - JUL 6, 2013

Had it on tap at Ale Asylum in Madison Wi. Poured a light hazy yellow hue with a light head . Very Belgian tasting beer with a light aftertaste. Braudog (6675) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUL 6, 2013
Draft at the brewpub. Bright golden color, but somehow manages to be opaque. There’s a definite coriander presence in the aroma. This is an easy-going drink, full of mild lemon and herbal character without being cloying. Well named and drinkable. (#5111, 7/2/2013) cbfobes (2883) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - APR 21, 2013
On tap at Ale Asylum 4/21, hazy golden with a light white head and some lacing, aroma is pretty tart with a nice amount of lemon zest, flavor has a light front end with some banana and Belgian yeast in the finish, pretty different for Ale Asylum, but that’s not a bad thing, I would drink a ton of this in the summer, please make again.

Hazy pale amber pour with white head. Nose is lightly tart citrus, faint banana, and a whisp of sulfur. Flavor is a fairly tart lemon citrus, bright and fresh, with light trailing banana and clove, and again, a touch of sulfur. Quite light, but refreshing. Trailing lemon acidity. Actually some nice bicuity malt in the finish as well. Carbonation level seemed a tad heavy, but not bad. Was intrigued by the faint sulfur notes I detected, as it didn’t detract but rather complimented the other flavors and added complexity. A nice quencher. On draught at the Ale Asylum taproom/brewpub in Madison, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-hazy golden straw colored brew with a creamy off-white head that has some excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of mild Belgian yeast, a hint of banana/clove, some light cotton candy, golden grain malt and some floral hops. Taste is light medium bodied, average carbonation with flavors of golden grain malt, Belgian yeast, more clove than banana esters and a touch of spice. Finish is light crisp, with a short-lived mild Belgian yeast aftertaste with some coriander. A Sessional Wit could be the best way to describe this ale profile.
