A blend of seven unique malts give this brown ale an earthy aroma and a flavor reminiscent of caramel with a slightly creamy finish.

Great smooth quality to this beer has a wonderful creamyness to it but really not overly sweet either which i hae experinced in other beers of this style. also not overly nutty as some beers also have. If your brown fan i would highly recommend this one, I know i’ll be back for more.

I’m not a real big fan of beers with a nutty flavor. it is very smooth so if you like this style of beer i would recommend it for you.

Uploading old ratings that were missing comments. Not much happening here. Nose is weak and flavor is indistinct. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smooth little brown ale, sweet and balanced. I was a little disappointed in this brown ale, I guess I was expecting more flavor. A simple session brew.

A hazed light brown ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt, caramel and solvents. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt, clying, chalky notes, so-so. On tap at brewpub, Jan 20 2012.

This American brown ale pours a dark brown color with a slight scent of hops. It has a slight hops taste as well but a more overpowering nutty flavor that reminded me of pecans. For being a more flavorful beer it drank rather smooth. Definetly a must try!

Draft @ the Brewery. Aroma of nutty brown sugar, spices and caramel. Taste is quite similar with even more nuttiness. Overall, I’m diggin this beer. Wish I could get it in my neck of the woods.

On tap at the brewpub. Lots of caramel and sweet malts on this one. Add this one to the list, that always tasted better than I think it should/would.

On tap at the new location, looks like a brown ale, smells like a brown ale. Taste is sweet and malty, well balanced. A solid example of the style beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Comes reddish brown with a nice off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, and nuts. Taste is caramel malt, grain, nuts, and brown sugar. A bit of smoke comes through. Nice.
