Draft sample. Poured a clear brown color with an average frothy brown head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate toasted sweet malt and nuts aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium nutty sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. On tap at the Ale Asylum Brew Pub. Poured a deeper and cloudy amberish color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of toasted caramel, a little nutty and some toffee. Tastes of toasted malts, lighter nuttiness, and caramel. Thinner body with lacing left on the glass.
