Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of malt, medium notes of caramel, and light notes of spices. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of malt and medium notes of caramel, leaing to a dry alcohol finish. The alcohol burns lightly on the palate. A pretty solid american take, they are often too spicy or too fruity but this one is nicely balanced. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - MAY 10, 2009

Amber pour. Aroma is very malty. Lots of caramel, some yeast and honey. Flavor is a total malt bomb with a slight metallic finish. Sweet but not cloying. A VERY light hop finish.
