12oz bottle. Kinda hoppy. Kinda sweet. Smelled a bit like rice Krispy treats strangely enough.

Pours a nice looking ruby dark orange amber. Medium plus creamy off-white head, mostly partially with good lace. Big aroma. Heavy hoppy and malty, sweet. Fruity, pine, citrus, tropical, caramel. Flavor follows. Some nice dank fruitiness. A hint of spiciness. Bigger medium to full body. Pleasant bitterness, smoothed out with caramely sweetness. Nicely balanced. Doesn’t get too big for its own good. Excellent drinkability, especially for the style. Would recommend.

sweet malt, hoppy, a little roasty, caramel aroma. Taste start with citrus hops, goes to a sweet bitterness, and ends with a slight dry bitter finish. Smooth transitions throughout.

Cloudy red-orange. Bright floral Centennial hops on the nose. Taste - hop-forward citrus floral and resinous flavors collide with a sticky caramel malt backbone. A very nice IIPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Ale Asylum. Amber hued. This is a pretty beer. If smells like tropical and sweet. This is a rich and full aroma. This is a big and complex beer, the flavor is deep with lots of tropical fruit, mangoes, ruby grapefruit, resin, and candied fruit. Medium-ish body, fairly bitter well balanced. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tortman18 (174) - Batavia, Illinois, USA - JAN 1, 2014
Pours clear amber with a thin cap of off white head. Some lacing present. Aroma is slightly bitter with some citrus and resinous hops. A ton of caramel, malt, bread and orange. Mouth is very hoppy. A lot of citrus and resin again, with a strong caramel presence. A slight malt backbone evens this beer out.

On tap at brew pub. Pours copper with light cream head. Smooth body with nice hoppyness upfront. Notes of toffee, caramel with a barley wine sweetness. Enjoyable.

Bottle share thanks to Hummer321. Pours a clear amber color. Big caramel malt aroma, light earthy hop character. Big malty flavor backed up by a little hop character. Caramel malt, toasty,.,.but hops are not really here,

Bottle. Nose full of pine and citrus. Some malt honey notes. Clear. Amber color. Minimal head. Taste is a touch sweet with kits of hop flavor and some alcohol in the finish. Pretty good but could be more bitter.
