Had this bottle Oct. 14th because I did not have room for any more bottles in my luggage. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced and some lemon. Dry, mild spiced and orange to citrusy fruity flavored. Mild spiced to herbal finish with a mild malt base. Lightest Wit I ever had. douglas88 (9501) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 21, 2014
750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange color with a small white head. A light fruity nose. A light flavor of lemons, yeast, sulphuric, banana. Not bad. KyotoLefty (10522) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUL 11, 2014
Small taste at a beer event. Big floral, herbal nose, golden. Sweet, floral, shit loads of chamomile. Some oranges and maybe other spice like coriander. Not as horrible as it should be, and I might like it ice cold, but no thanks. KansaiBeerLvrs (5234) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUL 11, 2014
Bottle shared by Nate at the Hanshin Seed Event. A slightly cloudy golden pour, mild white head. A great floral, hill of wild flowers aroma with the chamomile fairly dominant. The body is smooth & med-light, coriander, vanilla, lemon, chamomile & witbier yeast flavors. Nice stuff. Very nice though I suspect it’d get to be too much in large doses.

Tap. Cloudy golden amber, almost no head, no lacing. Aroma is honey, herbal, floral, hay, pepper, sage. Tons of chamomile. Flavor is light plus sweet, herbal, honey, sage. Medium body, flat carbonation.

Pale golden color with lots if chamomile, honey and citrus in the nose. Floating hanging around make it a bit strange. The mouth is light. With honey orange and flowers. Refreshing. Simple yet enjoyable. AcctError236499 (226) - Oakland, California, USA - FEB 12, 2014
22oz. bottle at a recent bottle share – reviewed from notes. As Uncle Jesse, the aroma is vegetal and herbal, but I guess I should expect that from a chamomile beer. There is a light citrus aroma that goes along with the herbal character. The malt presence is a little sweet, but it rounds it out a bit. Pours cloudy pale yellow with small head that sits on top of the beer. Taste is soapy with more of the cooked vegetal taste. Light honey and orange character with big astringency. Body is medium with low carbonation. Eh, either both the bottles from Ale Industries were old, or something is just really off about their beers. From bottle to pint glass. Spice, coriander, yeast, wheat and orange mix seductively. Slightly hazy pale orange with a white head that remains covering the top. Spice, wheat and slight chamomile. Medium mouthfeel. Some nice residual sweetness. tripelthreat (190) - Soquel, California, USA - JAN 29, 2014
Bottle. A small white head tops a orange-gold body. A little light lacing. Nose is coriander and chamomile, floral, yeast, and grain. Mildly sweet and a touch bitter. Flavor of sweetened chamomile tea, oats, coriander and light orange. Light body and a bit thin. Too much coriander and chamomile. batneil (737) - - JAN 10, 2014
Bit of a strange smell, possibly the chamomile. Slightly clouded yellow colour with frothy head. Very fizzy beer. Can taste the chamomile, coriander, oats and orange peel. Different tasting, but refreshing beer. (K)
