COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg and bottled; Special.

Brewed in Chicago on the Summer Solstice 2013 by Tom Newman of Celt Experience Brewery, Ben Saller of Atlas Brewing Co. and Jesse Edwin Evans and Samuel Evans of Ale Syndicate. The recipe was inspired by a Celtic legend surrounding the solstice and blends 7 different hops (Cascade, Citra, East Kent Golding, Simcoe, Hallertau, Warrior and Columbus) to create a smooth, citrusy and aromatic double IPA.
At 8.1% ABV and 60 IBUs, Seven Flowers will challenge and excite hop lovers on both sides of the Atlantic.

Keg at the Rake - London. Pours hazy/ unfiltered, colour gold with a great cream head. Full resinous and pine aroma with nice bitterness matching with sweet body. Fantastic example of a double ipa

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2013 The Celt Experience version (brewed in UK). Very hoppy aroma with hints of some fruits. Pours hazy dark amber with nice white head. The head stays for some time. Taste: hops, honey sweetness, grapefruit bitterness, hints of alcohol. Nice long bitter finish. Medium carbonation. Overall: quality double ipa.

Draft. Batch 3. Amber pour, little aroma when ice cold on draft. Flavor is out of this world though. Dry west coast ultra bitter dip a? Exactly how I like em.

Pours hazy gold with creamy head. Full aroma mangoes, pine with nice bitterness matching with sweet. Fruity bitter taste and light - very deceiving for a 8% - dangerous but lush stuff
