The finish is too dry. Grainy. However, feels like there’s potential for more room. Reviewed - A Brew With You, Ep. 26

Hazy light copper coloured body with a frothy off-white head, about three centimetres tall. Aroma of grassy and lightly citrus-based hops with some pine and resin noticeable, along with a touch of sweetness at the end. Light-bodied; Strong dry and grassy hoppy flavours up front with a nice floral kick, some moderate sugars from fruit and a good bitterness that shows a very light side, directly from the hops, but in a nice way. Aftertaste is balanced well with some subtle hop kicks with a touch of sweetness and a hint of malt, but very little else and nothing cloying - just an easy-to-drink beer that shows some nice characteristics. Overall, a nice Light IPA with some good flavours, but nothing pungent, offensive or too flavourful. I sampled this stubby twelve ounce bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Chicago (Streeterville), Illinois on 11-May-2016 for US$1,99 sampled at home in Washington on 11-January-2017.

Might be a bit overly harsh on this, as I had it after the far superior Matilda. I don’t have good tasting notes, as I was out with family at a pizza place. The only real tasting note I have was that it was a little too perfumy/soapy for me. Tasting notes are bad, but seriously doubt I will try again to improve it.

Hazy golden color with a taller near-white head. Mild honey and floral hops. Watery flavors. Just a pale ale. 4/14

Aroma is malts, grapes and very light citrus. The flavor is light citrus, malts, a hint of grapes and a mix of hops and and tobacco in the finish.

Pour is a clear orange with a large white head. Aroma is a nice floral hoppy. Flavor is a weaker with the hops but still has a nice floral aspect to go along with a bready malt backbone. This is probably average as far as session IPA"s go. Ok hops with a study malt that does not let this get too watery.

Kinda has a funk to it, want to say it is in the hops. Very light. Leaves an odd, soapy aftertaste. Ehhh....

3/8/15 (Bottle) - Nice firm white head, dark brown pour with good carbonation. Hoppy aroma, nice medium harsh taste and thick feel. Light abv but didn’t feel like it. Overall good beer.
