UPDATED: NOV 13, 2012 Bottle @ home. Aroma is a nice roasty coffee malt with very aromatic fruity hops. Very promising. Flavour is dry roasty malt, full yet subtle coffee note, some liquorice. Nice hoppy bitter roasty coffee finish. Awesome, incredibly full for the abv. Would?v been a 5 for palate if it had less carbonation. Some shaking around in your glass definitely helps.

Deep brown body Very nice fragrant chocola and toast aroma. Rich. Dry roasted taste, rich especially for the abv. Long ending. Very nice. (Bottle at Colinís De Molen tasting)

Very nice brown head. Smell nice, feels roastines and some fruity notes. Slightly over carbonated for my taste. Nice full body, but same time very refreshing. Roasty and bitter aftertaste. This is definitely worth to try.

On tap @AleHouse in Riga. This is a really nice beer. Black colour sweet smell with a persistent head. The taste and the smell of coffee is not so strong and it is very drinkable. Great job.

Bottle at monthly tasting @ De Molen, hosted by dEnk. Black pour, huge foamy tan head. Aroma is roasty, chocolate, coffee, some ash. Flavor is quite bitter, roasty and with loads of carbonation. Huge body. Nice brew.

Bottle. Very black color with a nice, fluffy tanned head. Summa is hoppy and roasty. Flavor is bitter and again very roasty with a very nice balance between those two. Very awesome brew.

Countbeer (6592) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - JAN 3, 2013
Bottle: The poor of this stout is very dark brown to black. an explosive grew of itís foamy head leaves a very very big tan to light brown head. At first itís airy like holes in a cheese and disappears really really slow. Than with the second poor itís texture is more thick and vast and again slow disappearing, or better, changing into a sticky unequal spreaded with holes, lacing on top of a dark to black colored beer. The aromaís that hit the nose first are roast, carbo gass some floral notes and some coffee hints. The taste is a bit darker and fuller than the aromaís. There are good roast notes: roasted barleys, roasted grains, coffee roast and some hints of wood roast. And also notes of dark chocolate, cacoa, chalk, hint of yeast, hops, floral notes and coffee. The aftertaste excists of a medium but firm bitterness, good roast, coffee, and something dark floral. The carbonation is low to lightly medium, mouthfeel is soft and light foamy, very good medium bodied stout with a bite and a creamy texture. Very nice stout with a funny warning on itís label.
