750mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a medium beige head. Aroma of bready notes, Belgian spices, and dark fruits - smells like a traditional quad. Flavour brings out candied sugar, bready malts, dark fruits, and a touch of toffee. Very authentic tasting, i.e. Belgian-esque. Not as epic and complex as the classic Belgian quads, but pretty damn close. Finishes on notes of Belgian yeast and bready malt. Very well-balanced and designed. Excellent stuff. yngwie (17168) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - FEB 18, 2014
