22 fl oz bottle thanks to Hildigöltur and Ungstrup for allowing us to open this :). Pours almost clear and golden orange with a diminished white head. Spiced and orange fruity to light citrusy aroma. Light breadish and liqourice hops flavoured with a solid bitterness. Dried fruity yet not raisin sweet as the flavour remains rather dry. Dry and lasting bitter into the far finish. Bottle courtesy of nbutler11, thank you sir! Bright golden color, hi carb, huge ice cream cone head with great retention. Great aroma of pine and lime. Flavor has tons of citrus, light pine, but great sweet malt balance. Scant and subtle bitterness. Wonderful. madmitch76 (26850) - , Essex, ENGLAND - DEC 27, 2010
14th December 2010. At the Euston Tap with Harrisoni. Cheers to Ian for lashing out on this breathtakingly expensive but wonderful beer. Hazy gold beer, fluffy white head. Soft dry palate with light carbonation. Creamy malt base with gorgeous hops. Mild pink grapefruit, orange, mango and guava. Lovely creamy finish. Bottled. Hazy amber. Intense grapefruit aroma. Fairly sweet with firm, rounded maltiness. Enormously hoppy. Salty, very bitter finish. Die hard brutal hop juice with a fair amount of alcohol...
