COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This unfiltered Belgian-Style Pale Ale pours a hazy gold with a creamy white head. Ground coriander seeds and two kinds of orange peel added to the kettle contribute pleasant citrus notes to its Belgian fermentation character. Lil’ Devil’s light body and effervescent finish make for a refreshing beer that will have you coming back for more.

355ml bottle (Baltic Broken Bus Beer Bash @ RBESG2017) (5:3:5:3:9=2.5)
Perfumey, fruity, apple, tart’s handkerchief aroma. Fizzy palate. Watery feel. Taste predictable from the aroma, but surprisingly weak in the beer department, and the adjuncts do nothing for me in this context.

355ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a large, creamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of pale malt, orange peel, coriander and yeast. Sweet flavour of pale malt, light caramel, orange peel and yeast with some mild tartness in a spicy coriander finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Very nice.
