COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This unfiltered Belgian-Style Pale Ale pours a hazy gold with a creamy white head. Ground coriander seeds and two kinds of orange peel added to the kettle contribute pleasant citrus notes to its Belgian fermentation character. Lil Devils light body and effervescent finish make for a refreshing beer that will have you coming back for more.

ACHops (1430) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUL 3, 2013
On tap @ the brewery. Pours slightly cloudy golden yellow with medium head. Aroma is moderately sweet Belgian yeast. Taste is crisp pale malt with mildly funky earthy yeasty notes on the finish. Way more drinkable than Horny Devil, with a bunch if the same flavor notes. Much less sweet, which is expected.

Bottle from World Beer Market (Sake no Taniguchi). Nose of hay, spices (coriander, for sure), light citrus, maybe some wheat, Hazy medium gold straw color, a bit of fluffy white foam, and some lace, Fruity initial, mild citrus, Belgian yeastiness, coriander, light bitterness, and some yeast bite. Medium body, well-balanced, and gently warming. Kind of session-y, very drinkable, and with some wit-like character. Pretty good.

Bottle pour into shaker pint glass from Greg & Janes Beer and Wine. Appearance is lightly hazy yellow-orange with nice sparkle, finger-width fizzy/foamy white crackling head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is Belgian fruit with clove, citrus, coriander, orange peel. Taste is like the aroma. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with slippery texture, average carbonation and dry finish like taste. Overall, a nice representative of the style. Solid, if not spectacular, in all areas.

pivnizub (10253) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - DEC 5, 2016
Bottle: Golden, hazy, visible carbonation, smaller and stable white foamy layer; some citrussy-fruity "belgian" aromas (maybe coriander, too) in the mainly dry herbal-floral hoppy nose; moderate dryish , but not completely dry, bitter-sweet flavour, barely medium bodied; lingering bitter-sweet fruity and piney-hoppy finish with a certain acidity plus traces of coriander. A nice session brew, but no reason to get excited...

Faint citrus peel and banana wheat malt on the nose. Low visual co2, virtually no head. Flat mellow entry, immediate wheat malt rough, 4-sweetness, dull malty mids, subtly citrus oil smooth finish. Decently drinkable but Im not getting a whole lot of awesomeness. Rather tame and uninspiring.

Pours a slightly cloudy golden lemon yellow color. Slight citrus aroma with a hint of freshly cut grass. Crisp toasty malt flavor with a citrusy mint rind note aftertaste. Overall, very drinkable. I like the citrusy mint flavor... Very pleasing.

Pours a slightly hazy golden, topped with a medium sized white head, disappearing immediately. Mild nose with some yeasty feel and fruity notes in the back. Taste medium sweet, malty with some hints of sourness. Very gentle bittery presence that gains a bit in strength later. Sparkly and light body. Not a bad one.

Bottle. Slightly hazy blonde with a white head that doesnt last. 3- Aroma of dough, oranges, coriander, white pepper. Looks a bit flat, but carbonation is pleasantly on the high side of medium here, whilst the body is on the light side of medium. Both work well. Not all that sweet with actual spices and citrus melding well with what the yeast presumably provides. Its nothing special but it all works well together.
