UPDATED: MAR 18, 2018 Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Amazing roasted aroma of coffee with a hint of coconut. Sweet flavor with dark chocolate notes, roasted malt and a lasting coffee finish. Full bodied and soft carbonation. mjs (7884) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 18, 2018
(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20180318) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had coffee, vanilla and burnt malts. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, vanilla, coffee, dark chocolate, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had sweetness, vanilla, ash and bitterness. A pleasant brew but the vanilla was too intense. wojanex (713) - warszawa, POLAND - MAR 17, 2018
Nicely balanced, classic with no weakness, only maybe it's too much into coffee. Nice but not great. tyysiak (26) - POLAND - MAR 16, 2018

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet boozy, dark malts, dark sugar, hay, weeds, bark, minerals, alcohol, cinnamon, cocoa, hints of toasted coconut. Taste is slightly sweet mineraly, weeds, dark sugar, dark malts, bark, hay, minerals, alcohol, weeds, cinnamon, vanilla, paper, hints of toasted coconut. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh toasted mouthfeel. Fair enough, disappointing.
Growler. Black pour with a dense, foamy brown head. Aroma is vanilla, dark oily coffee, roasted malt, and booze. Taste is boozy up front but as it warms the vanilla and coconut come out more. There are the obvious bold coffee, burnt caramel, and roasted malt with dark chocolate notes as well. Body is medium to medium-full with a dense creamy carbonation. Stickiness is mild and the warmth from the alcohol is noticeable. Finishes with more vanilla, coffee, dark chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, toasted coconut, and booze. Delicious! pentaz (1341) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 22, 2018
Tap. Pours black with a brown medium sized head. Aroma is coconut, soy, roasted malt and hints of vanilla. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is average. Finishes balanced with coffee. Nice base beer but this version seems extremely overrated.
