Clear dark black brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, dusty coffee, strong coffee, moderate chocolate. Flavor is light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dusty, coffee, strong coffee, dusty coffee, roasted. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. 
From tap. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is coffee, roasted. Dark chocolate, solid bitter, roasted coffee and light. Roasted. Bitter and light herbal. Roasted finish.

Mega Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Another treat from our host, cheers Bruce. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is softish and a little dry. Floral toned dark chocolate. Light and dry earthy coffee, lesser fruity coffee. Buried underneath - tangy fruit. Light dry finish with.a touch of spice.

Bottle shared at the Brokeback Revisited tasting in London. Big thanks to Bruce. Pours somewhat clear, black-brown with a thick, creamy beige head. The nose has milk chocolate in the nose, sturdy roast, creamy coffee. Medium sweet flavor with bittersweet chocolate, bitter earth, burnt wood, restrained coffee. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation and creamy texture. Mild warmth in the finish, bitter earth, baking cocoa, restrained and lightly acidic coffee. Nice beer.
