on draft at alesmith, clean and malty. Very well done, even for germany standards. Very balanced between the hops and the biscuit like malts. Very enjoyable. gurussi (34) - Curitiba, BRAZIL - APR 4, 2018
Inspired by classic European lagers, our entire Brewing Team got together to create this truly collaborative beer that captures the essence of European tradition. The result, Spezial Pils, is our take on a German-style pilsner with a pleasant balance between light, grainy malt and spicy, floral hops. We lager it at freezing temperatures for an extended period to round out its delicate flavors and improve drinkability. The finish is crisp and clean with a pleasant dryness and subtle bitterness. Prost!

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20180318) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, herbalness and lightly metal. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, herbalness, sweetness, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, sweet and bitter. A well done but bit too sweet pils. Malt and bread in the smell. The same goes for the taste. Light bitterness that fills the upper part of the mouth to a weak moment. Okay beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings. Mister_Li (1763) - GERMANY - FEB 24, 2018
Klares Gold mit durchschnittlicher Schaumkrone. Malzig, leicht fruchtig, leichte Zitrusnoten, blumig, crisp, leicht herb.

On tap at the brewery. Golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of bread, dough and some grass. Soft and easy to drink. puboflyons (3639) - Allenstown, New Hampshire, USA - FEB 19, 2018
From the 12 fl. oz. can dated 11/17/17 so it's a little on the old side. Heady olive-yellow pour into the tall pilsener glass. I pick up some classic toasted bread, grain, and malt sweetness on the nose with a little lemon zest. Grass. Light and clean body. A good grainy sweetness in the taste with a clean, crisp finish. Not one of my favorites in the style but it was drinkable. Ibrew2or3 (9062) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - FEB 15, 2018
12oz can pours with a clear watery gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up some pear and apple fruity esters, corn and then growing into bigger notes of spicy, herbal, some floral and a lime like hoppiness. The taste delivers a nice level of bitter spicy, floral and lime to herbal green hoppiness. Toward midway lager yeastiness, apple, pear and corn esters are noticed. This has a nice balance between sweet lagery fruity esters, corn flakes and bitter hops. nuplastikk (6673) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 26, 2018
On tap at Alesmith. Awesome, true Pilsner. Doughy, bready, clean lagering. Zesty, peppery, old school noble hop feel. Really well done.
