COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In celebration of the 25th Anniversary of Sublime's release of their iconic album "40oz. to Freedom", Sublime contacted AleSmith Brewing Co. to craft this unique brew. Sublime Mexican Lager is a thirst-quenching, 5.2% ABV twist on a traditional Vienna-style lager highlighted by a grainy, malt-forward sweetness and easy drinkability. It's clean, crisp and balanced with a smooth finish. Cheers!

My daughter had two pints of this on 14th Jan 2018 at the Stones Brewery in Escondido, so I had a few swigs of each one to help her out (I think I had between a half to three quarters of a pint overall). Came a misty amber colour, white crown that hung around for a while. Corn aroma and taste, fairly sweet. Ideal drink to have while sat in the brewery gardens awaiting your call to the table.

From can in tapered shaker. Pours clear orangish-amber with 1-finger white head that faded fairly quickly. A fruity and bready aroma with a bit of spice, taste is malt and cornbread sweetness.

Can shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw and hay with a bit of grass and sweetness underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and hay with some grass in the finish.

Can from TW, Minnetonka. Burnt orange pour with a tiny head. Invitingly toasty. Nice accents of toasted brown sugar. Mellow floral character. Just a touch of red apple. Crisp finish. Medium / full bodied. Nice, moderately sweet lager.
