Well balanced beer and an intro that makes me want to visit.

750, capped (I think). Thanks so much for bringing this back up for us, R! Pours a brilliant bright rubied crimson that sparkles from across the room; many comments even from those not drinking. Light fizzy pink head. Bright dry blackberry nose--jammy and tannic at once; clearly lowland blackberries. Creamy light body with moderate carb. Light lemon on the mid palate behind a big burst of jammy, then intensely dry and dusty tannic blackberry quality. Long tangy finish.

750ml bottle. Bright blackberry aroma with sour lime, coriander and salty notes. Pours cloudy light purple colored with a thin, nonretentive white head that also has no lacing. Starts with bright blackberry sweetness as well as some salty notes. Finishes smooth and tart with sour lime citrus and a hint of coriander spice. This is a great gose!
