Bottle (Mar 2017 bottling). Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy light to medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (melon, grapefruit), lightly yeasty (barnyard), with notes of lemon/lime zest, band-aid, lighter notes of gum, pepper, cinnamon, oak. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Weird that this is almost a year old and only just now hitting store shelves in Colorado...the first version of this dropped here within a few months of bottling date. Oh well. It's better than the first one by a small margin...less boozy, less lingering sweetness, and of course (no doubt given its old age) much less hoppy...but I'm guessing this was also a Belgian IPA when it was fresh, the hops have surely faded now and been replaced by Brettsy notes. 500ml corked bottle. Saison yeast aroma with notes of spicy Brett, tropical fruit, grapefruit and oak. Pours cloudy, pale golden colored with one finger of white head that has excellent retention but little lacing. Starts with bright tropical fruit flavors, pineapple most notable, and saison yeast and Brett. Finishes dry, crisp and refreshing with some oak flavors before ending with light grapefruit citrus flavors that linger slightly on the palate. This is a really nice saison. September 2017 - Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. As 'Alesong Touch of Brett - Mosaic'. Golden yellow, translucent, foamy off-white head leaves light lacing. Aroma is airy, lemongrass. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is grassy, straw, astringent, quite hoppy but not getting much brett, dry into the finish. Nice. On tap @ What's Brewing 17. Pours pale yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is citrusy hops, and bretty notes of berries and fruit peel, as well as hay floral notes. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity brett, hay, floral notes and malts with bread. Lingering tart brett in the finish.

Extravaganza 2017 - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Fruity and floral grassy hoppy, yeasty, some barnyard notes, bretty herbal hoppy nuances, touch of citric spice into the finish.

Arôme à dominance brett, boisé vin blanc, rétro de raisin blanc, petite pointe de mosaic - farmhouse .
Palais de brett avec une fine couche d'aigreur, effet boisé chardonnay marqué mais plaisant.
Effet sec, note citrique, fruits à noyaux et blancs.
Râpeux sur la bouche avec touche presque de menthe.
