Draft at Mekong Restaurant The ale poured a clear amber color with a white head and lacing. The aroma was mild with some floral hops and pine resin. The medium body ale with average carbonation. Keg at Sedona Charlottesville, 10/14/14. Pours a hazy copper with a thin creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of floral, resin, green hops, pale malts and a bit of biscuit malt. Draft. Meduim beige head atop hazy amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, orange, grape, some bread. Taste is moderately sweet, orange, grape, some lemon, light bread. Light-medium body. Nothing in here stands out as a wet hop beer.

Draft at Alewerks. Cloudy amber with a short white head. Aroma is floral and fruity with sweet malt notes, caramel and toasted bread. Taste is rather fruity with berry and tropical fruit, floral hops, herbal hops, hop resins, caramel, toasted malt and bready notes. Body is medium with a moderate bubbly carbonation. Light lingering hop bitterness. Ends with more floral and herbal hops, fruit, caramel, toasted malt and bready notes.
