Growler shared by Mike at Dmac’s house. Pours out a nice orange/copper color with a small fading head. Aroma is of pumpkin spice, sweet pumpkin pie and some sugary sweetness. Taste is pumpkin spice, ah hell enough with that, its a solid pumpkin, good pie filling-like taste, some spice. Solid. Reynolds314 (3477) - Connecticut, USA - DEC 28, 2011
Really nice pumpkin beer here. The flavor is very nicely balanced with a good sweetness to compliment the spice profile which isnt overdone. Really one of the best of the style. magsinva (1433) - Virginia, USA - JAN 2, 2012
Tap - mellow mushroom - Charlottesville - end of the keg, pours a cloudy amber with 2 fingers of head. Aroma is faintly of dough, pumpkin pie, spices, clover and cinnamon. Taste is a touch sweet with the spices on the finish, finishes slightly dry. Surprisingly good! boxofrane (2559) - Spring City, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 16, 2012
Bottle at craft ale house. Pours reddish brown with a small white head that dissipates quickly. The aroma is full of pumpkin.. Much more than others. There is also plenty of nutmeg and cinnamon. The taste is mostly pumpkin pie and reminds me of a spicier version of pumking. Really solid. mcox90 (2140) - Wilton, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 28, 2012
12 oz bottle acquired in trade with RABinVA. Pours a dark clear orange with the tiniest of off white heads. No head at all really. Nice pumpkin scent with cinnamon and brown sugar. Taste is sweet with with a light spice. Contrary to their commercial description, this is not "pumpkin pie in a bottle" which is a good thing because it isn’t full of artificial pumpkin flavor and loaded with spice. Just a more natural pumpkin flavor with a nice sweetness. Full bodied and smooth. Very good. Wish this were available around here.

Bottle from Wine Warehouse, C’ville. The pour’s deep orange amber with a small off-white head. The nose is quite spicy. Loads of ginger, cinnamon. Cocoa powder. Sweet toffee and vanilla. The taste is rich caramel. Quite flavorful malty flavors that don’t come across as too flabby. More spices. Cinnamon, brown sugar. Pepper. Some toasted nut. Medium body, fine carbonation. Overall, a really nice pumpkin beer. Nice. Fritz123 (1597) - Boca Raton, Florida, USA - FEB 2, 2015
Bottle as an extra in a trade from BMart. Thanks! I had from the bottle during the Super Bowl so not sure on the color, pour, or lacing. Aroma is pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, graham crackers, whipped cream, booze. The taste is spicy cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, graham cracker, vanilla, marshmallow. Medium body, full flavor. Moderate carb. Very nice profile. JStax (7186) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - OCT 13, 2017
12 ounce bottle poured into a snifter. The beer is a clear copper with a white head of foam. The aroma has a nice balance of spices and bready crust. Nutmeg and cinnamon play well together along with a creamy whipped cream character and a crisp crust. Nails the pumpkin pie persona. Tmoney99 (14985) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 8, 2009
Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured clear dark orange color with an average off-white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Solid pumpkin aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy pumpkin sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. Solid seasonal beer.
