Mini-growler from Half-Time. Pours a clear light brown amber with a medium white head. Looks deceive what lies ahead though, as I’m greeted by burnt grain and rancid nuts. Medium bodied and a bit sweet, with an unpleasant flavor that echoes the burnt odors. This is just unpleasant all around. Ends rather grainy and with a light bitterness that carries a bit of a metallic twang. I’m rather glad that I paid something like $2 for the 16oz mini-growler, as the bulk of this is going down the drain. jcwattsrugger (12524) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - AUG 25, 2008
@Market Cross PA-on tap-pours an off white head and yellow color. Aroma is light malt, apple/copper. Taste is apple cider, some malt. Minimum carbonation. jercraigs (10886) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 18, 2008
2008-04-18. Golden amber body with a small white head that fades. Aroma has a generic sweetness to it, light graininess. Similarly sweet flavour, light graininess, very light grassy notes. Palate is fuller than I would have expected. Not awful but pretty bland. Much less bad than expected. Bottle courtesy of OKBeer

Overheard: "It’s worth 3pts more just because it doesn’t call itself an IPA."
Draft at Buffalo Brewfest. Pours gold with a white head. Very light malty aroma. Flavor has a bit of butterscotch and popcorn. Not awful.

Thank to geth_in_beer for sending this one my way. Pale amber (much darker than their "IPA"). A touch of vienna malt within an industrial macroish malt base. Low bitterness... little flavour. Meh. blankboy (7808) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 21, 2008
Bottle (341ml) shared with HogTownHarry, jerc & mabel -- courtesy of jerc. Pours a clear gold with an average size diminishing white head. Aroma: Ugh, not good: Sugary sweet and vegetal along with caramel malt and grain. Watery flavour is slightly better but not by much, dull taste of caramel malt and light grassy hops. Average bodied, oily mouthfeel. Maybe better then Keiths IPA... maybe...but still not good. HogTownHarry (7065) - Toronto (Harbourfront), CANADA - APR 26, 2008
Bottle (341ml). Shared with blankboy, jerc and mabel - bottle courtesy of J&K. clear light amber pour, small head (3-). Sweet, sort of cloying aroma of apple, sugar and paper. Taste - more paper, less sugar, slightly harsh in the finish. Thin and slightly sticky mouthfeel, some not quite pleasant cheap sugar aftertaste - Ehh. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - MAR 7, 2008
bottle. Another one of the numerous amounts of Boring Canadian lagers. Not bad by any means but simple. cheap (6085) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 26, 2008
On tap at the fox and hound on mckight road in pittsburgh. Appears pale yellow. Clean beery aroma. Slightly fruity on the initial sip. Clean and refreshing palate. A very tasty lager and not over the top. Off tart flavor impact. Easy and well behaved. Not bad at all. Nice on draft with good carbonation. That tart feeling keeps sticking its head up. Does have a medium bitter linger, but is not ever overwhelming. Good beer, I enjoyed it for the most part.
