Bottled. Mahogany colour, creamy head. Buttery malt aroma with some paper and caramel. Sweet and geneously malty with a light touch of lingonberries as well as spun sugar. Fairly low on hops, carefully salty finish.

SHIG (4964) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - FEB 24, 2007
Bottle: Poured a brown amber with a creamy color head. The aroma was sweet malt and fruit. Nice rich malt flavor, the finish was a bit spicy and dry.

ha1ag (950) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - DEC 12, 2006
bottled 30 cl. industrial bok, alcohol sticks out, sweetnees seem to come from chemicals and not from a well-composed flavour. It was my sacrifice on the altair of bok worshipping

DanBerg (59) - Alkmaar, NETHERLANDS - NOV 16, 2006
Bottle at home, out of a sixpack. The first one I drank was good, I enjoyed it. But later on, the flavor became disappointing. Not one of the best bockbeers I’ve got this fall.

Bottle at home. Spicy tasting bock. Decent head. Ruby colored. Hides alcohol well. Sweet tasting, goes down very well.

madsberg (11776) - Søborg, DENMARK - DEC 22, 2005
Bottled: Amber coloured. Clear. Off white dense head. Malt, fruit and berries in the aroma. IS quite sweet. Flavour is malty, sweet and fruity with light notes of alcohol. Is medium bodied. The fruitsweetness lasts into the end. Easy to drink and a little too vague in the aromas/flavours for my likings.

3.6
NoiZe (2394) - Zeist, NETHERLANDS - DEC 16, 2005
Appearance is dark brown. Like the Alfa pilsener, it’s a fresh, balanced taste but then a bock. Very nice palate, malty. Overal one of the better bock’s to drink a lot of and still end up without a headache.

bikesandbeers (547) - san diego, California, USA - NOV 27, 2005
30cl bottle. translucent brown with a nice beige head. Slighlty sweet aroma and flavor. Fairly simple. pretty standard for a dutch bock.
