Svesse (8693) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - FEB 3, 2008
(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm, 1 feb 2008) Dark ruby colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, nutty nose with chocolate and dark fruit. Malty, slightly spicy taste with notes of chocolate, hints of clove and/or nutmeg and a spicy, chocolatey finish. Overall very balanced and smooth. Nice and well made bock, without straying too far from the middle of the road.

Bullit (4672) - Burgos, SPAIN - NOV 5, 2007
Ruby red colour, off-white head. Aroma is of sweet caramel malts. Flavour is of roasted malts and bread. Not very well.

goozen (4098) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - OCT 20, 2007
Bottle 0,3ltr: This is a well-balanced dutch bock from Limburg. Dark brown sweet and bitter taste all in one.

rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 3, 2007
Bottled. Amber colour. Pretty much the classic bock appearance. Almondy, sweetish nose. Bit lighter in profile than the average bock from Germany. Good, sweet malty flavour with almond stone coming late.

omhper (25378) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAR 12, 2007
Bottled. Mahogany colour, creamy head. Buttery malt aroma with some paper and caramel. Sweet and geneously malty with a light touch of lingonberries as well as spun sugar. Fairly low on hops, carefully salty finish.

3.2
SHIG (4964) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - FEB 24, 2007
Bottle: Poured a brown amber with a creamy color head. The aroma was sweet malt and fruit. Nice rich malt flavor, the finish was a bit spicy and dry.

2.5
ha1ag (934) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - DEC 12, 2006
bottled 30 cl. industrial bok, alcohol sticks out, sweetnees seem to come from chemicals and not from a well-composed flavour. It was my sacrifice on the altair of bok worshipping

2.5
DanBerg (59) - Alkmaar, NETHERLANDS - NOV 16, 2006
Bottle at home, out of a sixpack. The first one I drank was good, I enjoyed it. But later on, the flavor became disappointing. Not one of the best bockbeers I’ve got this fall.
