Excellent beer! Picked this one up at the brewery. Really nice round taste. Nice ale-ish colour. Alcohol is well hidden. jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - JUL 14, 2002
Fruity, peach and grapes aroma. Dark golden colour, nice lace. Sweet, full, fruity. Long sweet lightly hopped finish. kidmartinek (4999) - austin, Texas, USA - JUN 16, 2016
Pours cloudy amber. Has a nice buttery white head. Lots of sediment in suspension. Smells delicious like a pale ale. Earthy malt and german hefe yeast combine well with the health addition of hops to this brew. It’s going down quite well. skortila (5850) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - AUG 28, 2002
I love this beer. It has a quite destinctive taste. Appearance is a little off... Hoser (387) - Cowtown, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 31, 2006

Sweet malty nose, bit caramel, bread, butter, some citrus, grassy hops, herbs, clear deep golden, rocky white head, good lacing, sweetbitter taste, soft carbonation, thick texture, feels medium body because you don’t taste the high alcohol, average carbonation, smooth bittersweet finish, very well-balanced beer. omhper (25093) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - SEP 27, 2006
[Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm] Clear golden, dense head. Buttery papery malt aroma. Malt sweet with generous amounts of bready malt and butter. On top of that there’s some grassy hops. An aromatic, very well balanced beer completely relying on it’s excellent malt character. Grzesiek79 (4294) - Radom, POLAND - JUL 25, 2012
Dośc niespotykana mocna zawartość alkocholu w tym stylu. Alkochol dominuje zarówno w smaku jak i zapachu. Od Niemieckich dortmundzkich piw sporo go różni. Orzeźwiające, mało trwała piana choć puszysta podczas nalewania caesar (7131) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - AUG 28, 2002
Cloudy orange-brown color, no lasting head. Malty amber aroma. Tastes like the Caracole Ambree, but a bit weaker, and less balanced. But certainly worth a try.
