The 11.2 ounce bottle poured a clear golden yellow beverage with a medium sized white frothy head that was mostly diminishing and left some lacing on the glass. The aroma was somewhat balanced with significant contributions from a roasted malt nose. There were also some hints of creamed corn however. The body was light with a soft carbonation and a watery texture. The flavor started off lightly sweet but quickly turned a bit bitter and harsh leaving a dry, tart mouthfeel toward the end of the medium-length finish.

Bottle, Hoppy nose, decent mild malts, thin white head, pours a clear yellow color. Some grass, its ok, nothing special.

Light brown/dark amber bottle. Aroma is grassy with weak hops. Yellowish pour, with a small white foamy head that all but disappears. Flavor is weak malts with a heavy influence of grass. Nearly indistinguishable from any other pale lager.

Bottle from Zekes. Yellow pour, light head. Shocker a sorry lager. Wow. Who would have guessed? Grainy, corn, malt and not much else. Flavor is quite bland. Corn and malty. Bleh.

Bottle: The aroma is a strange combination of sweet grain, straw, metal, and maybe even a hint of strawberry. It pours a transparent gold with a small white head that quickly fades to a ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts lightly sweet with some grainy notes in the background. The sweetness builds into the finish with some light grassiness. It certainly tastes better than it smells, but that’s not much of a compliment. Light bodied with somewhat fizzy carbonation.

Bleh. Typical sweet, grassy pale lager. Maybe a bit more malt and a hint of complexity above your average American pale lager, but still plain and tasteless. Spanish Budweiser.

Light straw color; Light to medium body; Aroma of malt, & cereal/grain; Flavor of malt, grain, and some hops; Not too bland; Average lager.

My 12oz bottle was labeled "Alhambra Especial Premium Lager" in gold lettering, and it was 5% ABV. Crystal clear light golden pour with a vanishing white head. Sweet crystal malt aroma, cereal flakes and sweet corn syrup. Flavor was light and sweet, with subtle ripe fruit notes of old apples. Middle was papery, with a pale malt hint, some maize, leading to a grassy, straw like finish. Better than expected.

The appearance of the beer was white with golden yellow and nice initial head. Malty aroma. The mouthfeel was on the thin side, and the taste extreme metallic, if you are looking for that sort of thing.

Bubbly light gold pour with white head. Skunky scent. More carbonation than I like. Bitter finish.
