Bottle at Cotteridge Convention 2017. It pours hazy gold with a decent white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, candied orange, blood orange, bread, brioche, pear drops and lemon poppy seed muffin. The taste is soft, dry, candied orange, kumquat, waxy peel, tangy, grapefruit, sweet tangerine, estery pear and melon with a touch of spice. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent enough orange character, if a touch sweet. Alright.

Bottle in Glenwood Springs hotel. Thanks to Lukaduke. Pours a hazy yellow orange appearance with a big off white head. Heavy carbonation. Black pepper, toasted grain, banana, green herbs, and apple in the aroma. Mouth feel is again heavily carbonated. A little chewy. Light acidity. Apple and banana to go with some grass, straw, and white pepper. A little spicy. Ok.

On tap at Cask and Vine with Mr Barleywine. I started and ended the night with this, great brew. Huge citrus and fruity hop aroma with bits of bread and spicy rye adorned with hints of pepper and clove. Flavor follows the aroma. Great brew, if only the bottles werent so obscenely priced.

Very bitter aroma with pine, citrus, rye, and some Belgian yeast. Flavor is bitter but smooth, with a little underlying sweetness from the Belgian yeast. Bitter, spicy, fruity finish. A fine effort from some quality brewers.
