durhambeer (2500) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - SEP 30, 2011
On tap at Tyler’s in Durham. Overpriced $8/10 oz pour (I ordered before I looked). Pours pale straw golden with moderate white head. Clean, grassy, slightly hoppy taste. Some grain and moderate Belgian yeast. Light and refreshing for the style. Thin palate. Very drinkable for 8%, but maybe I just needed the beer. badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - SEP 11, 2011

Apretty solid brew and very refreshing. porterhouse (1580) - Boothbay, Maine, USA - JUL 30, 2011
(Draft @ Maine Brewers’ Guild Fest) Pours hazy blonde with half a finger of white head. Fruity, yeasty and lightly spicy aroma. Mouthfeel light, smooth. Flavor of fruit, yeast, caramel, bit of spice. ABV well-covered. Simple and solid. Kinz (3786) - Glen Allen, Virginia, USA - JUL 22, 2011
Draft at Commercial TapHouse. Quite pleased to get to try this. Hazy blonde, nice head, quite attractive on a hot summer day. Aroma was lighlty wheaty with a spicy yeast note. Flavor was a match, with a really good spice backbone over the malt flavors. Faint undefined fruit as well. Finished dry. Really refreshing, never would have pegged this at 8.2%. Really a very good beer.

Pale golden pour with a tight white head. The nose is lightly fruity and spicy. A kiss of tart wheatiness and some very fresh spiciness as well. Light malt backed by sweet vanilla as well. Lovely soft crackery malt and a great yeasty spice/fruit character. vtafro (7445) - Wayne, New Jersey, USA - DEC 6, 2010
