Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin bubbly white head. The aroma has strong notes of peaches and other fruits, as well as quite a lot of spices - primarily coriander. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of peaches, spices, and some brettanomyces, leading to a dry, spicy, and slightly acidic finish. joergen (29216) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 14, 2009

UPDATED: AUG 16, 2010 A wild, yeasty experience. Had some on tap at Blind Tiger. Nose of complex yeast varieties. Pours a bright, hazy gold with a decent head. Fruity, with a strong bubblegum flavor and plenty of yeast character. Silky mouthfeel and a somewhat tart finish. Nice stuff.
