[Notes from April 2013] 750ml bottle shared by Jim C. Date on bottle reads June 2012. Mostly clear bright yellow color. Thin white head, little loose dots of lace. Nice funky nose. Light floral hoppy aroma. Nice lighter tart to it. Medium body. Light, smooth, bright carbonation. Dry finish. Great bright lightly funky refreshing ale that would make a great warm weather day-drinker. radio_nowhere (1472) - Maryland, USA - JUL 28, 2013
UPDATED: OCT 31, 2013 Draft at Roasthouse Pub in Frederick, MD. Served room-temp in a tumbler, golden color with white head. Aroma of light fruit, light spices, pale malt and funky Belgian yeast. Taste adds tartness, candy sugar sweetness, some pepper and vanilla and light hop bitterness. Light body, moderate carbonation, soft body with a dry finish. Very nice balance of all Belgian ale qualities, very enjoyable. Zymurgeist2 (2296) - Redwood City, California, USA - AUG 4, 2013

On tap at Mikkeller Bar SF. Slightly hazy gold with whipped white foam. Some lace initially. Honey and white grape aroma. I detect a lot of white grape/white wine within the taste profile. Finishes dry. Very refined but could stand to be a little more interesting. ben4321 (6548) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JUL 30, 2014
Location: Draft at Cannibal, 7/14/14
Aroma: The nose is mix of some brett notes, yeast, spice, and some fruit
Appearance: It pours a cloudy golden-orange color with a decent sized white head
Flavor: The flavor is along the same line, spice and funk mostly, with some fruity notes
Palate: The body is medium, it has a bit of stickiness, and a decently clean finish
I thought this was a pretty nice one. There are some good bretty flavors here. Definitely worth checking out.
