375 ml. Bottle pour. Red color with a medium reddish white head. Raspberries come through great. Tart and refreshing. Awesome beer. cubs (10635) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - DEC 15, 2012
Bottle @ Stephen’s house, courtesy of Lukaduke. You are my fucking hero. Pours a beautiful, bright dark pink appearance with a small, off white head. Super bright, raspberry seed, quite funky, huge zesty fruity, lemon citrusy, somewhat woody aroma. Super beautiful aroma. Fairly cheesy, incredibly enveloping rich fresh raspberry flavor that completely dominates my palate. This is a bit of acidity on the finish but super bright, fresh, and juicy raspberry flavor. Tons of funk, dust, and some cheese. Unbelievable stuff. Fuck yeah. JStax (6501) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - AUG 4, 2013
375 ml bottle thanks to lukaduke. Poured a bright red with a white head of fizzy foam. Aromahas a lot of sour cherry and raspberry. Tastes very aggressively sour. The fruit really comes through nicely and finishes sour and dry. yidi (20) - okemos, Michigan, USA - APR 22, 2014
Light red and orange color. Raspberry and apple smells. Raspberry and apple tasted. Sweet and tart. arminjewell (9646) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - DEC 23, 2011
Pour is slightly hazy red with thin to no white head, bottle big thanks to Greg! Aroma has notes of big fruity raspberries, raspberry seeds, vanilla, oak and woodiness, some cheesy funky, lactic acid tart notes, really nice and well balanced. Taste is big funky horse and barnyard, some slight farmhouse style funky notes as well, slight sweet raspberry balances well with a very dry oaky and tannic presence, slight lemony tart, finishes dry, oaky, funky and a slight sweetness again from the raspberry. Very, very nice.

Bottle thanks to Avalon68 on BA! Crystal clear light strawberry pour, little ring of carbonation and a wonderful aroma of fresh tart raspberries. Flavor starts out with a little biting acidity, then mellows into more tart raspberries, cherry and nice lingering sour aftertaste. Well done. Errl (2442) - Plano, Texas, USA - MAR 19, 2013

375ml bottle (4/14 vintage) pours hazy bright pinkish red with a small finger of head. Nose is big musty barnyard funk, dry wood, raspberry, rhubarb. Taste is bright tart raspberry, dusty attic wood, barrel funk, berries, nicely balance acidity. Finish is sour berries, funk, mostly dry with occasional flashes of berry skin sweetness buried within, never jammy. Fantastic. 77ships (9827) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAY 1, 2014
375 ml. bottle sampled @ Cantillon Quintessence 2014. About 1 year old if I remember correctly. Pour a clear copper pink with virtually no head. Nose is tart thinned, out touch acetic raspberries, reminiscent of an older Rosé De Gambrinus in both smell and taste, some lemon sour here as well with brett, little to no funk. Taste is a bit vinegar like, sour lemons, raspberry vinegar, brett, lots of pits, little funk, lingering acidity. Body is really thinned out. Quite a nice beer. This one really reminded me of an aged Rosé De Gambrinus, I tried a Rosé De Gambrinus after this one, I think that one was too young fro comparisons. Far fruitier than this one and bit more depth, preferable.
