750ml corked bottle, 2017 vintage. Spicy Belgian yeast aroma with notes of clove, coconut, vanilla, bourbon, oak and a bit of banana. Pours cloudy pale golden colored with half a finger of white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with spicy Belgian yeast and clove flavors with a bit of banana sweetness along with a lively mouthfeel. Finishes dry and smooth with coconut, vanilla, oak and bourbon flavors and a hint of warming booze at the very end. Very nice Belgian!
