COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cuvée d’Industrial is comprised of a blend of select barrels from our wild beer cellar. The barrels chosen for this blend were selected based on the specific unique characteristics that each brought to the blend. The various components varied in aged from 1-5 years and were aged in a mix of American and French oak barrels. The resulting beer is light golden in color and displays a broad complexity of flavors. Aromas of tropical fruit, vanilla, and anise lead into malty oak flavors and a clean tart finish.

Tap. Pours a light golden color with fine white heading that dissipates to the edges. The sweet grains are hardly noticeable behind a heavy dose of funk and yogurty flavors. Nose is bretty, cheesy, oaky, and a touch of whiskey barrel. Medium carbonation and medium to thin body. Reminds me a lot of Allagash’s Resurgam with heavier lactic and barrel presence. And since it’s been over 6 months since my last rating this one is dedicated to deyholla! A2brewcrew<3

Refrigerated 12.7 oz. brown bottle at the Sovern poured into a snifter. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is nice tart citrus, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is nice tart citrus, oak, and tropical fruit. World class sour.

[2/5/17] Bottle at Amit’s place in Poughkeepsie. Thanks Amit. Clear golden with a white head. Lots of oak, funk, herbal, fruitiness, a bit of vinegar, sour, a bit of sweetness in the back, medium-bodied.

Bottle shared by "hannont". Colour...light gold with no head. Nose...fruity, citrusy and yeasty. Palate...crisp, tangy and bright with zippy yeast notes and loads of fruit. The mid palate is quite sweet and the finish is very long.

Good wild ale, well made though not the best I’ve had even from Allagash. A bit of ageing I think helped. Lots of complexity.

A really great complex sour ale with a gueuzelike character though lacking any funk. Also a nice little sweetness.

Bottle at home purchased upstate at very reasonable price compared to what I’ve seen it for round here. Dusty cloudy golden small frothy head. Nose is tropical fruits, some funky barnyard, and oak. Tastes of apricot, lemon sherbet, vanilla, Asian pear, Barnyard, woody, and white wine. Delicate with some tart funkiness. Quite nice
