Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits - especially peaches. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruits - especially peaches on a malty back ground, the finish is bitter though the peach note lingers. joergen (29216) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 4, 2010

On draft at the new Pizzeria Paradiso in Dupont Circle. Second best draft of the night. Deep golden straw hue with a medium white head. Aroma of malt and orange. Very full mouth, flavor of orange peel and coriander, maybe a hint of clove. Very nice indeed.

Cloudy gold beer. Little white head. Dry palate, a little soft. Sweetish malt, somewhat honey like. Whisper of fruit. Some spice in the dry finish. Can’t really taste the spuds! Gets creamier as the beer warms up. Okay but was hoping for something more.
Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a lazing white head. Fruity, yeasty and spicy aroma. Medium body, heavily carbonated, yeasty, fruity and spicy with a dry, bitter and astringent finish. 030110 chriso (21656) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 22, 2010
Cask at the Other Side Cafe, Boston, 15 October 2009. Amber. Good fruity and slightly sour stuff with a hint of farmyard. Not that sour. Just a nice sharp tang to go with the tart fruit and gentle spicy hops. Was with mjs when I tried sampled this and we both noted the sourness, although other raters don’t seem to have, Maybe it was something to do with the cask treatment and it was beginning to turn. Whatever, it certainly didn’t do it any harm. Many US saisons don’t quite do it for me but this one was the real deal.

Hazy blond color. The aroma is lightly spicy, and dirty water. Good body strength, strange sweetness, the malt flavor is a bit flowery; correctly bitter. Nothing special.
750 c&c from Total WIne in Roseville, CA. Pours hazy apricot with a fine, foamy 4-finger off-white head. Smells like lighter stone fruit, though I’m thinking yam as well. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is peppery with some yeastiness. It’s a bit "starchy". Each mouthful starts fresh and fruity, ends more like veg with pepper. Interesting stuff. I’m enjoying it.
