Refrigerated 12.7 brown bottle corked and capped, bottled on July 2015 poured into a tulip. Clear golden with big fluffy white head. Aroma is funky Brett, medium/light body, well carbonated, and pretty good lacing. Taste is funky Brett with dry finish. I prefer sour over funky, this is a good funky beer. madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - AUG 5, 2016

Level 42 bottleshare. Thanks to Scopey. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, mildly dry and has decent carbonation. Soft malts. Light tangy funky savoury brett. Apple and tangerine fruits. Mild spice. Nicely joined up, mellow and drinkable.
38cl bottle shared at the 42nd Floor. Many thanks to Paul for this one. It pours a hazed golden color with a large white head. Aroma is tangy musty fruity with notes of feet, apple pie, baked apples, lemon peel, cider esters. Taste is also sweet fruity with more cider-like baked apples notes and lemon peel, light straw and barnyard with plenty more stone fruit sweet notes. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, weird but satisfying joeneugs (6372) - Livermore, California, USA - JUL 31, 2016
375 ml. bottle. It pours a nice clear golden orange color with a tall, fizzy off white head that shrinks within a minute or so. The aroma is really great. Herbal, funky, hay, light pineapple and hints of toasted malt. The flavor is effervescent and very funky with notes of over ripe peach and pineapple. Lots of spice and oak as well. There’s some toasted caramel sweetness in the background. The finish is spicy and funky with fruity/caramel notes in the background. The mouthfeel is pretty frothy. This was a great sour beer. Not super sour, just lots of funk, spice and fruit.
