Poured into sample glass at brewery: Pours hazy golden with a decent white head. Aroma of funk, hay, lemon zest, rotten tropical fruits, and dough. Taste dry, light fruit, brett funk, and cracker malt. Slightly tart, little bitter from brett on the back end, nice saison. Mep3222 (1641) - East Greenbush, New York, USA - APR 8, 2016
Dry fruity wet wool oaky aroma and flavor. Brett is noticeable and adds an earthy funk but is balanced but is balanced by an almost peachy woody flavor. Makes me think of some of the trinity saisons in a way. Well done and refreshing. Has a bit of an earthy dirty bite to the end and is a bit light palate but still nice for a Brett beer.

Pours golden orange with a a one finger white head which fades to decent lacing. Aroma is of wet hay, sour fruits, Greek yogurt, light barnyard, light bready malts, citrus peels, and light honey sweet malts. Taste is about the same as aroma.
