COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Golden Brett is a dark golden colored beer, brewed with Victory, 2-Row and Red Wheat malt. It was lightly hopped with a blend of Northern Brewer and Simcoe hops. The beer started its primary fermentation in a stainless tank and finished fermentation in a 800 gallon oak foudre. The finished beer has fruity nose and flavors of citrus, apricot and bread crust. The mild tartness of the beer gives way to a long, clean finish.

Draft at Sams Quik Shop. Pours a hazy dark golden with a white thick head. Nose is brett, bread, fruity, with hints of peaches, lemons, and some floral notes, even chamomile. Slight funk and a nice tart acetic kick, but still so very drinkable. Could drink it all day.

Hazy, has a light tan colour with a thin head. Dusty and a bit phenolic, and then theres some brett on the nose as well. There is a lot of brett, with some nice sweet sugars here, like Rockets (which I think are called something else in the States). Nice beer, I guess Id actually like more sugar and more brett development.

Tasting at Matts; corked; 7.7% ABV
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is very interesting, there are stone fruits (peach, apricot), cheesy yeast, foot, a bit vinous. Highly carbonated, it has a very good fruity flavor, white grapes and peach, with a nice acidity level, and funky character.
Complex, very good.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of stone peachy fruits and medium funky brett. Flavour is very fruity, with loads of peaches, apricots and other such stone fruits, pineapple followed by a substantial brett backbone. Very complex, with a lovely mix of stone fruits and funky brett. Excellent.
