375mL thanks to LtDan. Pouring at RBSG Grand Tasting LA. Pours a full haze orange. Acid cut. Caramel nose with sweet, cherry pit and cherry pie. Rich with ripe phenols/tannins. Taste is tangy, sharp, just a tad medicinal. Very light lemon pulp, citric sourness. Palate is bubbly, seltzer. Pretty good still. arminjewell (9720) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - DEC 15, 2012
Pour out of 375 mL bottle, thanks Aaron! Clear/slightly hazy orange with no head, aroma brought notes of cherry, touch of earth, vanilla, hints of earth, touch of grapefruit and lemon. Taste is a bit bland, touch of earth, grain, vanilla, some cherry, finishing lemon, slightly sour. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 13, 2013
Very end bit of a 12.7oz bottle, thanks to Brad. Totally hazy dirty peach color, with all the sediment in there. No head or lace. Very nice tart cherry nose. Light nutty malts, good tart cherry flavor. Light carbonation. Medium body. More dry overall. My sample was very small, but what was there was very enjoyable blipp (9598) - La Mesa, California, USA - MAR 31, 2012
Draft. Pours amber with an off white head. Funky and cherry fruity aroma with some light flowery notes. The flavor has a nice funky base, some fruity cherry sweetness, and floral hops. Good stuff. czar (9338) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 27, 2012
bottle share at hill farmstead’s harvest festival. hazy amber, some floaters, with a decent off-white head and retention. cherries, wood, brett - some funk indeed, yeasty, light acidity, light toastiness and a some sweetness, never cloying. floral and citrusy - light but fairly present hopping. average to soft carbonation, light ot medium body, decent herbal-citrusy and earthy finish. not a big beer, not really a sour, but enjoyed it!
