Also known as Allagash Drunken Promise
This hazy golden hued ale has a bright, zesty nose. The flavor starts wiht a hit of tart earthy, then moves towards a subtle note of warm spices, edges of fresh pumpkin and then finishes with a wine-like dryness. They used their wit yeast, as well as some brett (from Interlude) then fermented it in a French oak wine barrel, producing a beer that’s complex, drinkable, and very unique.
