Lovely floral and herbal hop nose with light cracker malt. Taste is very dry tons of hops, rather bitter, crisp malt, light lemon and grass, some hay and dusty yeast. Very nice.

Pouring at session one of Belgian Beer Fest in Boston. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Soft hay, musky yeast, wheat on the nose. Wheat, big earthy musk, light dry brett. Toast and funk on a relatively dry finish. Very nice.

UPDATED: SEP 21, 2011 A hazed blonde ale with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, nice citrusy malt with honey, like sweet Halls candies. In mouth, a beautiful grassy citrusy hops, lingering, crisp malt. Beautiful quaffer. On tap at Belgian Beer Fest, Sept 10 2011.

Elwood (3347) - Leesburg, Virginia, USA - DEC 27, 2011
Serving: Draft at Fireworks. It pours a light amber orange color with a frothy white head. The nose is a little floral with notes of light orange and yeast. The flavor has hints of Saison Dupont only with some Bretty influences. Some grass and pepper on the back end. Not overly sweet which is nice. Light to medium body with a good bit of carbonation. Good stuff that’s worth a go.

TURDFERGUSON (4068) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - MAR 24, 2012
Draught at Carrboro Beverage Company. Thanks for the large sample! This is my kind of beer. A light, hoppy, belgian pale ale. I could drink this all day. Earthy, nice bitterness, good stuff.

Chalsk (1104) - North Caldwell, New Jersey, USA - NOV 11, 2011
On tap at Cloverleaf. Pours a golden orange color with a white foam head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, zest, and funk. Has a sweet caramel taste with some funk and earthiness, with some banana mixed in. Medium mouthfeel. Nicely done.

Nice retentive creamy white head, lightly hazy golden, nice lacing... lightly herbal, fairly yeasty, spicy aroma... easy drinking, medium thin bodied, fairly herbal with a dry finish, kind of like a less floral/herbal version of saison du buff...
