Just an excellent sour beer. Has a huge frothy long lasting head with plenty of sticky lace. Romo is yeast bread dough wet grain and perfume. Flavor’s like nose, tart dominates, but in just the right amount, likewise the carbonation. Very good body and finish. Extremely drinkable. Pours golden with a thick, creamy looking foam head. The aroma is of brett, oak, some spicy pineapple hops, good bread scent, and some fruity yeast notes. Tasting had a very smooth and clean bitterness. Good mouthfeel, champagne like carbonation. I mainly tasted lemon, yeast, and bread. The beverage is crisp and refreshing. There is a simple dry and tart finish. It left a soft sour taste that lingered nicely. I really enjoyed this. A good brew. bytemesis (8361) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - APR 13, 2017
Bottle. Pours clear golden with a large white head, that dissipates slowly and leaves nice residual and lacing. Aroma is oaky, brett funk, lemon, hints of pine, stonefruit. Flavor is light tart, medium funk. Medium body. Pretty tasty beer, whatever the heck it is. Tide (3887) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 12, 2017
Bottle from Healthy Spirits Castro. Hazy orange color, white head. Bitter/sour taste with citrus, yeast, ripe fruits, earthy notes, toast, oak, wheat and a bit of acidic notes. Very high, sparkling carbonation. Bitter/sour finish with citrus, yeast, ripe fruits, oak, wheat and grass. Excellent sour/saison. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 29, 2016
Bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold with a small thin fizzy white head that faded fairly quickly. The nose is funky and very brett-dominated with a nice level of oakiness. The flavor is pretty nice, lots of peach like fruitiness, nice brett, clean oak. I like that it’s very funky and brett focused, and not acetic at all. Light bodied with fine fizzy prickly carbonation. Very nice stuff.

Yellow, nice head, aroma of peach, brett, wild, yeasty, flavor of brett, quite dry, green tea, mild lemon, wood, wine, fun, medium bodied. koleminer20 (3591) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - OCT 20, 2016
From notes. This was enjoyed at Jolly Pumpkin on October 1 for Zwanze Day 2016! The pour is a golden yellow with a thick white head that slowly recedes, leaving a decent lace behind. The aroma is really interesting. There is a ton of lemongrass and yeast. There is a hint of funky citrus, and a hint of sour to it. It’s got a tropical fruit and it seems to be more of a saison than a traditional sour. The flavor is much of the same. The big grassiness up front, a light tropical fruit in the middle, and a pretty funky and earthy yeast on the finish. Hmm. The mouth feel is light, but a little thick, with a brighter carbonation and a funky fruit aftertaste. It’s an interesting combo. ebone1988 (1918) - Dearborn, Michigan, USA - OCT 1, 2016
