Good but rather light on the overall palate. Not anywhere near some of allagash’s better stuff, but still decent. Pours hazy amber with good head and lacing. Light sweet finish. Some floral yeast. Tap at Churchkey. Steve_0 (3745) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 1, 2014

Sampled at the brewery. Pours amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of grapes, spicy yeast, light malts, hints of tartness, and light grains and doughiness. Flavor the same with a lot of grapes. Average texture. Cool but a little too wine-like for me. WillRunForBeer (2623) - Massachusetts, USA - JUN 20, 2014

Washington Commons, Brooklyn tap ($11): Pours orange with a white head. Aroma is wood, red wine, citrus, yeast, and some spice. I found that the woody taste was very unique to this beer. Furthermore, the grapes were really quite pronounced. Unlike other raters, I did not find this beer to be too sweet, but rather a nice balance. In fact, I drank it quite rapidly because I found it to be rather quaffable.
