750ml bottle pours a hazy copper orange with a white head. sweet wine and light fruit taste. epeter85 (53) - - MAY 21, 2014
Metallic copper pour with little or no head. Syrup sweetness with wine topped off with hops. Not too hoppy though. Close to a Belgian style triple. Has a slight aftertaste but otherwise a notable beer.

Copper pour with a white head and lots of white lacing. Subtle fruity esters in the nose. Nice taste with some hop character, slight bitterness and some grape skin astringency in the finish. DuffMan (10270) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 29, 2013
Bottle, shared with Davey, Sandra, and my lovely wife. Hazy honey gold body topped by a dense white crown that laces thickly. Aroma is sweet and yeasty, fruity esters dominating. Sweet pale malts, juicy fruit nectar quality that is vaguely grapey, seems more plummy to me but it doesn’t matter as it is a nice compliment to the estery yeast. A quaffable brew for its size. Very nice. hopdog (12341) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 18, 2013
On tap at the Blind Tiger. Poured a hazy amber color with a small sized off white head. Fruity, caramel, and a lighter vinous quality.

Light fruity nose, great almost silky appearance. Very sweet and refreshing. Just enough hops as to not be cloying. Very grapey and wine like.

Amazing blend of wine grapes and beer without going into the ’barley wine’ territory. Amazingly playful on the palate. phaleslu (10099) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 1, 2013
750 ml bottle. 2011 vintage. Pours a mostly clear gold-orange with a finger of white head that laces the glass. Aroma of grapes, funk, earth, bready malts, herbs, and some mixed mellow spices. The flavor hits the same notes, with an emphasis on malts and fruits. Medium-bodied, with soft carbonation and a dry, malty mouthfeel. Nice strong Belgian ale. Very solid. reggiedunlop (3717) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 15, 2013
Pours golden amber with a thi white head. Aroma has light grape, vinous notes, earthy hops. Flavor follows suit...a bit of tart followed by earthy/bitter and boozy notes...an odd shellfish note. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is bitter/earthy with a faint tangy fruit note.
