Instead of the usual review, I am rating this beer based on what it is trying to accomplish and not how much I liked it. I am not into wine and this is definitely leaning hard toward Champagne, but I can appreciate the quality that was put into it. Carry on. nimbleprop (8378) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - AUG 9, 2015
On tap at Ironhorse pours a dark gold with some creamy, white head. Nose of candy, white grape and melon, some stone fruit too. Flavor follows, under ripe canteloupe, white grape, candy, some yeast, light grist. Full bodied, creamy finish. chinchill (4993) - South Carolina, USA - JUL 28, 2015
Light golden body with effervescent carbonation.
Lightly tart with what seems like just the right amount of white grape flavor and aroma to go with the light malt base.
Note to self: I want revisit this beer. GenDV138 (7284) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - JUL 16, 2015

Bottle 750ml @ Motel room, Red Roof Inn, Akron, OHdrpimento (3634) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 12, 2015
Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, white wine, dried fruits and hint of citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long warm, slightly dry, fruity, yeasty and vinous finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
I think the best thing about this beer is its appearance- a huge thick, foamy, off-white, slow to settle head with lots of lace and a very clear golden color. Aroma is malt, grain, yeast. Flavor is very mild, understated, malty, slightly metallic, yeast, a bit of carbonic tart, fairly dry. Texture is light, soft. This is a very low-key Belgian Style Strong. johnnnniee (4312) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 21, 2014
On tap at Cask and Vine while enjoying the company of Todd the Hoople.
Lightly hazy deep straw with hints of wine yellow if that makes any sense. Fruity earthy spicy aromas and flavor. Interesting brew a bit outside of the box. I enjoyed this more than its counterpart. katrinaez (2014) - norristown, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 11, 2014
UPDATED: APR 5, 2015 Note that it is better to have wIth salty foods than with sweet/chocolate foods. You can taste the grapes as it has a sIght raisin oaked barrel taste. Not a hearted beer, rather heavy but easy enough to finish a 750ml alone in 2 hours! Bottle symmetric (71) - - OCT 11, 2014
Yeasty, slightly phenolic nose, hint of apple underneath. Cloudy opaque gold color with a fine white frothy head. Slightly syrupy body, grapey and grassy taste with an astringent bitter finish.
