Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer, Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy, bottled with yeast.

Tap at Legal Test Kitchen at Logan International Airport. Easy to drink. A bit filling.

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2017 Draft @ Hilton BOS. Light citrus aroma. Cloudy color like dark lemonade, thick white head, great lacing. Med body. Flavor is a little light. citrus, maybe light coriander. Perry good, but missing something?

Outstanding!! Crisp, clean, refreshing. Have to drive to Chicago from Indiana to get it. They need more distribution. One of the best I ever had.

Poured from bottle into shaker glass at First Draft bar in downtown Chicago, a slightly hazy golden colour with long-lasting white foam and lace. A true-to-style Belgian Wit, such a wonderfully subtle/complex flavour balance, one of the best Witbiers I’ve had by far. Crisp and grainy, soft creamy breadiness, lemony, herbal, floral, pepper and clove phenols, citrusy and earthy hops, perceptible coriander and orange peel but not overdone as with so many others. Just the right amount of spice, which is also often overdone. Light body, strong carbonation, well-concealed alcohol. Complex dry aftertaste. Delicious.
