Flöska. Deeep dark brown mahogni colour, small light brown head. Pleasant aroma of dark chocolate united with a nice roasted maltiness along with toffee, some wood and (dark) fruit. Thin like mouthfeel. Flavour has a nice balance between roasted malt and chocolate with a good hoppiness along with wood, dark fruit, toffee and a bit of vanilla. Soft and smooth. A very pleasant nice 8 proof soft pleasant English porter indeed it is. My very first Allendale brew but not the last to be. Wischylini (310) - Grimstad, NORWAY - MAR 8, 2017
